1Acceptance of Terms

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the emai4 platform. If more than one account is found to be associated with the same individual, emai4 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any remaining balances and winnings.

Emai4 requires all members to complete the identity verification (KYC) process before making their first withdrawal or when requested by the platform. Required documents include a photo of a valid national ID or passport, proof of current address, and documentation of the payment method used. 3Account & Member Responsibilities

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

10Liability Limits

Emai4's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11Terms Amendment

Emai4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate implementation.
